Kim, what can I say about, Kim Stevens - my goodness there's not enough space. I am one heck of a hard nut to crack (Ex Military, retired LEO and a PITA) and I know it. We were looking for a vacation home while living hours away in North Carolina, so communication was key. I wanted to write a letter expressing my appreciation for Kim Stevens. When I first began looking for a realtor, she was the first to respond and in just a matter of minutes. Kim has always answered her phone or called back very quickly. We were selling our vacation home in the Dye Estates which is a gated / guarded community. We live in West Virginia and were not able to be at the home. There were multiple things that needed done to the home while in the process of negotiating and selling the home. Kim always made herself available to let people in and either stay there or come back and lock up. Being that the home was ina gated / guarded community someone had to be at the home to let vendors in. One time I had to reschedule an appointment from a vendor. She always accommodated me when I asked her and believe me, it was a lot. The house was on the market before closing for a year. This day and time it is so hard to find someone to even return a phone call let alone go above and beyond as Kim did. The Bible says in Romans 13:7 “to give honor to whom honor is due”. That is why I am writing this testimonial, to let you know what a wonderful job she did.

I have purchased two houses and sold one using Kim. I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. She is so professional, goes the extra mile even appealing an appraisal without being asked to do so. What Kim did was nothing short of miraculous. We oscillated between condo, established house and new house for months and Kim just rolled with the punches When we finally made a decision we got the place for 10k BELOW ASKING, yes you read that right. At this point in time EVERYTHING is going for asking or above and we got ours 10K UNDER 5 mins from Cherry Grove.
